衛(wèi)生級(jí)自吸泵產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)

  1、該泵由泵體、葉輪、軸、機(jī)架、電機(jī)等部件組成，結(jié)構(gòu)精密，移動(dòng)方便。

  2、泵體內(nèi)設(shè)有氣水分離室與出中相同，貯水室與回流閥相通。自吸時(shí)，回流閥是自動(dòng)打開(kāi)的，回流閥體裝有正對(duì)葉輪的錐型噴嘴，自吸時(shí)有助于提高自吸速度。

  3、進(jìn)水接頭與泵體之間裝有橡膠閥片，停止時(shí)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，保持泵內(nèi)滿液作上次引液之用。

  4、泵的進(jìn)口下羰，設(shè)有放液口，扭開(kāi)放液口封蓋，泵內(nèi)液料即可放凈。

  5、出液口，進(jìn)液口處都用橡膠密封圈，轉(zhuǎn)軸上密封采用機(jī)械密封件來(lái)密封。

3. There is a rubber valve plate between the water inlet joint and the pump body, which is automatically closed when stopped to keep the pump full of liquid for the last time.

4. The inlet of the pump is equipped with a liquid discharge port. Twist the cover of the liquid port to open the liquid port, and the liquid material in the pump can be drained.

5. Rubber sealing rings are used at the liquid outlet and liquid inlet, and mechanical seals are used for sealing on the rotating shaft.
